These terms apply to organisations that use Eventboard and to the people who use it on their behalf. Eventboard is provided by WML IT Solutions, Hyderabad.
1. Accounts
- Each person signs in with their own account, and nobody may sign in as someone else.
- Keep your password to yourself.
- An organisation's admins decide who is on its team and what each person may do, and they remove people who leave.
2. Your organisation's data
- Your organisation owns the data it puts into Eventboard and is responsible for having the right to use it, including consent where the law requires it.
- We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
- When your organisation leaves, we delete its data as agreed in your organisation's contract.
3. Messages
- Send messages only to people connected with your event, and only about your event.
- Follow the rules of each channel: the TRAI regulations and DLT templates for SMS; WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, including opt-in; and the email anti-spam rules.
- People who opt out are not messaged again.
- Messages use credits as set out in your organisation's plan.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Eventboard to:
- break the law;
- send unsolicited or misleading messages;
- collect data you are not entitled to;
- reach another organisation's data;
- interfere with the service or test its security without our written permission.
5. Availability
- We work to keep Eventboard available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.
- Any service levels are those agreed in your organisation's contract.
6. Suspension
- We may suspend an account or an organisation that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
- Where we can, we tell you first.
7. Liability
- Where your organisation's contract sets out liability, the contract applies.
- Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Changes
- We may update these terms, and we tell organisations' admins before a change that matters takes effect.
- Using Eventboard after the change means you accept it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
