Your account manager at Eventboard is your first contact. You can also write to us at [email protected], and we will answer by email.
Who can help
- Signing in
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. Lost the phone you use for two-step sign-in, and your recovery codes? An admin of your organisation can reset it. If you belong to more than one organisation, write to us.
- A new account
- Your organisation's administrators add people to its team in Eventboard, and to each event's team. Ask one of them to add you.
- The Eventboard app
- The app is for the check-in crew at events run on Eventboard. Sign in with your team account. The event's organiser adds you to its check-in crew and chooses your gates. If the app won't sign in or a pass won't read, tell the organiser first, then write to us.
- Registered for an event?
- The organisation that runs the event looks after your registration, payment, pass and certificate. Its contact details are on the event's page and in the emails you received from it. If you write to us instead, we pass your message to it.
- Your personal data
- How we handle it is in our privacy policy. For a question or a complaint, write to [email protected].

When you write to us
Write from the address you sign in with, and tell us your organisation, the event, what you were doing and when, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
Never send a password, a sign-in code or a recovery code: we will never ask for one. Eventboard is built and run by WML IT Solutions, Hyderabad.
