Messages, services, and buying as a department

Message credits

Email, WhatsApp and SMS are paid from prepaid credits, one message at a time, from ₹0.03 an email. Every pack and plan includes credits, more can be added when you need them, and a campaign shows its estimated cost before it is sent.

Services

Set-up done for you, event-day support remotely or on site, and training for coordinators, where your pack or plan doesn't already include them. The full price sheet lists each one.

Buying as a government department

Every pack and plan is quoted with GST shown, so you can check it against your purchase route. We can work through your state IT agency or the event agency that runs your event, and an annual plan covers recurring events in one order.

Questions buyers ask

Do you take a cut of our registration fees?
No. Fees go straight into your own Razorpay account at 0% commission, on every plan, and Eventboard never holds your money. Razorpay's own charge applies, and you choose whether you absorb it or pass it on.
Do we pay for invitees, or for our team?
No. You pay for people who register: those who register, confirm or are added by a captain. Invitees who never reply, people who decline, your crew and your team are free, and there is no limit on team members.
Can another institution pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
Yes. A buyer can pay by bank transfer against a payment request with your bank details, or be confirmed on credit against a purchase or sanction order, with the amount outstanding until you mark it paid.
Are prices with or without GST?
Without. Every price on this site excludes 18% GST, which is added to your quote and invoice.
How are WhatsApp and SMS charged?
From prepaid credits: one credit for each message on its channel. Every pack and plan includes credits, and the full price sheet gives the rate for each channel.
Can we start with one event?
Yes. Start with an event pack; when you run several events in a year, an annual plan usually costs less. Ask for the full price sheet to compare.
